Program Dates: October 13 & 20 and November 3, 10 & 17
Program Information: U10's 7 a side rugby - Game times kick off at 8.30am onwards depending on the draw and amount of sides entered. Finsih time should be around 10:30-11:00am.
Week 1 & 2 - Training 7s Core Skills Focus (Catch/Pass, Track/Tackle, Ball Carry, Tackle Contest, & Ball Presentation) + 1 game
Week 3 - 5 - Minimum 2 games for each team

Super 7s Participants - what to bring: Suitable footwear (boots recommended), a hat, mouthguard, any protective equipment for 7 a side rugby is recommended, a water bottle, any medications you may require and lunch.
Cost: $80.00 also includes a Rookies2Reds pack, and a free family pass to a Reds home game of 2019.
