REGISTRATION PROCESS

The registration process for the 2018 Hockey Metro Season is the same as previous years.
The Hockey SA Individual Player Registration payment (covering your playing insurance) is a mandatory component of online registration via the "HockeyNet" system for all players in South Australia.
Tthe insurance cost has been taken out of club subs - you will pay this direct to Hockey SA at the time of registering online

The following guidelines support the process:
Members will need to select the Individual Player Registration that is relevant to them when selecting their club subscriptions.

  • NEW MEMBERS - Please select Registrations if you/your child was not a member of a club/association in 2017.
    If you/your child played for a club other than Grange Royals in 2017 please see (http://www.hockeysa.com.au/Competitions/HSA-Metropolitan-Competition/Permits-Clearances-Dual-Reg) as a clearnace will be required.
  • RENEWING MEMBERS - Please select Login - and use the email and password that was given in 2017. If you have forgotten your password, a password retrival option is available. Once logged in, click Registrations.
  • DUAL REGISTRATIONS - If you are seeking to register with Grange Royals as your second competition club (Metropolitan or Regional Association) for the purpose of playing in a different competition (ie seniors with one club and masters with another) and you have already registered with your primary club, select the "Hockey SA Dual Registration" when selecting the Subscriptions by Hockey SA.
    A Dual Registration Form must also be filled in - http://www.hockeysa.com.au/Competitions/Metropolitan-Competition/Permits-Clearances-Dual-Reg

Grange Royals Hockey Club Registrations
There has been a considerable increase in the registration amount when you register online.
We are therefore striving to keep any Club Fee increase to a minimum.
To enable us to do this, while still taking into account any other increase in costs we needed to wait until we had all of the information for fees for the 2018 season before setting ours.
Given the timing of these and working through a couple of associated issues we have not yet been able to finalise our fees.
I believe this will be achieved next Wednesday at our Committee Meeting.

As soon as these are finalised we will notify people via our usual platforms.

Fee payment options

We encourage members to pay their fees by the due date and by the method which is most convenient to them.
Fees can be paid by credit card through the Hockey SA portal at the time of registration or at a later date (please note a card processing fee is applied if paying club fees through the portal).
OR
Direct Deposit payment to GRHC account (see banking details below) - if using this method of payment please select 'Submit only' at the end of the registration process.
OR
Cheque payable to Grange Royals Hockey Club and posted to PO Box 8167 Grange 5022
OR
Credit Card at GRHC clubrooms on Saturday dinner nights

NOTE: the Hockey SA Individual Player Registration (personal player insurance) payment will still need to be done through the portal at the time or registration
